Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Bank Transfers
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Bank Transfer Payments:

  • Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full. Please ensure that the transfer is completed promptly to avoid delays in order processing and shipment.
  • Once the bank transfer is made, please email us the payment confirmation or receipt.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • For COD orders, packages cannot be opened before payment. Payment must be made in full to the delivery representative before the package can be handed over.
  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if the recipient refuses to pay.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is faulty.
  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at kaaiaandco@gmail.com OR DM us on insta @kaaia.co with details of the product and the defect. Kindly ONLY send the item you consider faulty.

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email or DM within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
  • If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Additional Policies

Jewelry Care:

  • Store your jewelry in an airtight container to prevent tarnishing and damage.
  • Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth and keep it dry.
  • Avoid exposing your jewelry to water, perfumes, lotions, and oils.
  • Remove your jewelry before bed and put it on after applying makeup.
